Eagles Long Road Out Of Eden Increases Sales In Australia

'Long Road Out Of Eden', the first album for the Eagles in 28 years, has not only remained at number one in Australia, but it has also increased in sales.

Last week, 'Long Road Out Of Eden' sold 14,719 units and in the second week, the long awaited album had 18,353 sales.

The legendary band not only remained as the biggest selling record in Australia last week, Eagles also blocked out the much anticipated second album from The Veronicas, and pushed the much hyped Delta Goodrem and Britney Spears records further down the chart.

Australia's Top 5 albums this week sold:

1. Eagles 'Long Road Out Of Eden' (18,353)
2. The Veronicas 'Hook Me Up' (9,531)
3. Delta Goodrem 'Delta' (8,927)
4. Britney Spears 'Blackout' (6,728)
5. Matchbox Twenty 'Exile On Mainstream' (5,879)
