Boy George must have had a Monopoly get out of jail free card.
He is already due to be released from prison after completing just four months of his 15 month sentence.
The former Culture Club frontman - real name George O'Dowd - was convicted in December last year of chaining up a male escort at his east London apartment in April 2007.
But according to reports in British tabloid News of the World, he has impressed bosses at Edmunds Hill jail in Suffolk, England with his good behaviour.
He is said to have been approved for release but will be fitted with an ankle monitoring tag and will have to adhere to a curfew.
