The New Christs will release their new album `Gloria` in August.
The band began working on the album in December as a follow-up to the 2003 release ‘We Got This’.
The New Christs formed in 1984 to support Iggy Pop. It is “the other band” for Radio Birdman’s Rob Younger.
This current line-up of The New Christs has been together since 2006. It features Jim Dickson on bass, Stu Wilson on drums, Dave Kettley in guitar and Brent Williams on guitar.
The release will be accompanied with an East Coast Australian tour.
